Rates
La Boheme Chic bases its rates off of the services requested. We determine our rates based on the number of musicians involved, equipment required for your event, event duration & location. There are many factors that will determine a price. Once we quote you a package price we will hold to it as long as there are no major changes. We are happy to work with you to make the most for your entertainment budget.

Contracts
All entertainment requires signed contracts. We like to put everything in writing so you know what you are getting, and we are sure to meet your expectations.

Deposits
Once you reserve your date and have paid the deposit in full, you can count us. It is important to reserve your date early because the calendar gets booked up 9-12 months in advance. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will happily apply your deposit to another date just in-case of an emergency date change at no extra charge. In the event that you change the date and the original line-up you chose is unavailable on the requested re-scheduled date, we will arrange a for comparable alternative at no extra charge. We are here to make your event a success, regardless of what obstacles life may bring.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due & payable the day of the service. In the event of cancellation, the remaining balance will be waived if written notice is give within 30 calendar days 
prior to the scheduled date.

Audio Equipment
All standard audio equipment to perform your event are provided at no extra charge. Certain additional equipment such as a PA system, microphone(s) for toasts/public speaking, i-pod background music and other features can be easily added for a nominal charge if not already included in your packaged services. Our goal is to take all the worry & stress out of the entertainment production for your event.

PA system & microphones 
Are included with all DJ services and can be added for a nominal fee to LIVE music services.

Song Selection
You choose the music we play. If you want specific songs at specific times, we are happy to oblige you. Let us know within 2 weeks of the event what you have in mind and we will lovingly create your dream set-list. Want us to just handle it? Sit back, relax & enjoy your day. Playing music for people is what we do best!

Dress & Wardrobe
We dress to meet the theme & style of your event. From funky fresh to cool & sophisticated. Tuxedos? No problem. 

Setup & breakdown
Set up & breakdown is fast and efficient. We usually require up to 30min prior to the start of the event in order to set up our equipment. We tear down quietly and efficiently so as to not disturb you and your guests at the event.
